http://www.lilkaki.x10hosting.com/

Hi, I'm new to this site.

When logging on, according to my account panel, it reads that it should be my current URL for my website. However, when putting this into a browser, it says that the domain is available.

My site was working yesterday, the problem had started today.

Any help would be appreciated, at the moment I'm hoping waiting will help...

It is working fine for me.. If it is still not working try clearing your cache and restarting your browser..

I successfully registered today, and can access the control panel. I have created a few php and html files, but, I have the exact same problem, and clearing the cache does nothing. I even tried this guys site, and again: "Domain available" :dunno:

*edit*

I even tried accessing my "site" in Opera and IE in addition to FF....to no avail :(

If you are all new members, it may take a few hours for your sites to activate and appear properly. If you've waited several hours and your websites are still not up, check and see if the URL that you're visiting as your website is in fact your real URL. This can be done at the following URL:

http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?modifyaccount

(You will have to log in first to the account panel, then visit that URL)

On that page, it should specify what your main account domain is. If that doesn't match up with the site that you've been refreshing on, we've found your problem.

Hmm.

lilenky stated that his site was working before, but now isn't.

Either way, I suspect things will sort themselves out automatically if you give your new accounts a bit longer to establish themselves.

I'm starting to think that this is more of a server-side temporarily issue with x10Hosting. There are an abundance of these "my domain has disappeared" posts, and nobody seems to have found a solution yet.

Agreed.

I noticed the same myself.

Let us know how you get on, guys (for the benefit of others). :)

The site works for me now, however, whenever I send the link to my friends, they still come up with the same message.

Doesn't seem awfully useful to have a website that no one can access.

I think I'mma just wait it out again XD...
Edit:
10:19am - London time

Scrap that, I now have the "Domain Available!" problem for myself again"
Edit:
Now it kinda just goes... offline and online at random times for me... in like intervals of half hours.

But my friends still can't view th webpage all the time.

I'm just updating the situation XD..

It might be a DNS issue.

If/when you have lost patience with waiting to see if it sorts itself (probably by now already!) then you should open a Support ticket. :happysad:

I clearly said it was working before, and suddenly got up with that page overnight.

I am "assuming" it's down-time and I was gunna wait out 48 hours before sending a ticket XD...

Thanks for mentioning OpenDNS, I'll check it out after I'll get my internet back ^^; (I'm at university right now D=)

OpenDNS shows mixed server results.. This is a DNS issue.. Hopefully in time, it will correct itself.. I have created a thread in Suggestions and Feedback with a possible fix..

The screenshot attached shows two IP's.. The 69.162.65.252 is the Domain Available page.. 69.162.70.130 is the server that lilkaki is on..
