Why am I getting this page? When I try to connect all-of-a-sudden I get a DOMAIN AVAILABLE page.

First time I have heard of flushing DNS. What and how?

In Windows (but not Vista): Run > Start > Type "cmd" > Type "ipconfig /flushdns".
