Domain avalible??? (cPanel says no...)

I have my site set up to run on cPanel and all, but when I go to my domain, it says "Domain Available".:dunno:

My account is unsuspended ad all, but still, no domain. I have my index file in the right place, too.

How long would it take for a domain change to take effect if I go to another domain?
Edit:
I just changed the domain to everything possible, but still no luck, I just don't know what to do. Can someone tell me the IP where my site is stored, so I can make a redirect to it?

Resolved, you can now delete.

This has been fixed - it was a cached IP issue
