I was trying to change my domain name to djcjandcrew.com (which I own). I keep getting the same error..

Yes but for some reason it wouldn'r let me access it so I changed it back and now it wont do anything... ANy help?

Remove djcjandcrew.com from cPanel first.

Remove the domain from Addon/Parked Domain, Depends where you added it.

I am Escalating your thread to staff, They will look into your problem.

Possibly your domain is present in DNS records, They will remove it and then you can change it.
