domain change not successful

I changed my domain from valleyindeals.x10.mx to kbay.co.cc but the change has not been successful, though it shows the success message...Kbay.co.cc is not accessible...
Any help from you will be much appreciated.

Go to www.co.cc and register that domain there first.
Then,set the DNS nameservers to:
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com
