Ever since the dns crash/move/whatever, my site has not been able to load. I'm using a free DNS wesite that has worked beautifuly since I registered, but now my website doesn't load. Here's what I'm doing:

At the free DNS website:

Type: NS
Subdomain: bbtuna
Domain: us.to (public)
Adress: ns1.x10hosting.com

Then in account panel, I check "check if using own domain" and enter:

bbtuna.us.to

It says it has changed correctly, yet my site does not load. I've also tried using the same specs, except with bumblebeetuna.us.to and bbtuna.us.to @ ns2.x10hosting.com

Anyon know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I've also tried putting 'bbtuna.us.to' as an addon domain in the cPanel.

Are you using the IP of ns1.x10hosting.com?
If yes change it to 67.228.168.190

We're having some issues with NS1. I should have it resolved today.

Does the Addon Domain fucntion still work in cPanel? That is to say, can I keep a domain like bbtuna.exofire.net up all the time, but also allow people to access the site at bbtuna.us.to, so in the case of another DNS breakage, people can still access the site?

Yes. You can do that. Just add it in there, or even to the parked domains, it will still work.

I see this issue seems to have been resolved as bbtuna.us.to is working. I will close this thread. Should you have anymore issues feel free to open up a new thread.
