domain change

Hi,
I tried to change my domain to mail2name.net but it didn't work, then I tried other subdomains of yours, they didn't work, neither. It redirects me to a cpanel page /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. I flushed my dns cache, also I tried with different internet proxies but result is same. Now I try to change domain from cpanel. It says mail2name.net is owned by another user. Please set my domain to mail2name.net

Please stay cool.No need to give up.PM to Derek(community support force)or GSOnline.They are community support force and they helped me a few times.You will get help too.
I promise ..this is the best webhosting to be used by a timeless individual.Other sites bug us and will not give a reply at all.PM them and they will surely help.
