Domain Changed disabled?

I'm currently trying to switch hosts and my domain brandonblogs.uni.cc is the domain I wanted to use and park it which now I can't on the account page.Do I do it via Cpanel instead?

Also what are the nameservers?

username:despi

hosting package: adfree

subdomain/domain: holoillusion.x10hosting.com / "http://www.holoillusion.com "
and here is the message:

Domain parking DOES work.
If you want to change your main domain, you'll have to post in the " Upgrades/Downgrades/Changes" section, until the domain change option for users is enabled again.
