Domain, CPanel and Parked Domain neither working nor accessible, on Lotus Server

Hi everybody,
I'm facing couple of issues including:

1. my website domain on x10hosting is not accessible

2. CPanel is not accessible

3. Parked Domain feature is malfunctioning

I think this is due to they are hosted on Lotus Server and its malfunctioning. Does anybody else also face these problems?

first and 3rd issue is resolved but 2nd is still there, i.e.:

CPanel is not accessible: whenever i press the button of "Login in to CPanel"; it opens CPanel login page and displays a red message stating: Login Attempt Failed!. None of username and pass are working to to login.

@Admins: kindly fix it too

Login to the account panel and change your password, then try cPanel again.
