Hi guys,

So whenever I try to switch my CPanel theme (which is currently 'basic') to x10x3, it only refreshes the page and the theme is still the same. Is there a reason as to why this is happening?

As well as the issue I've had with switching CPanel themes, the domain I purchased from GoDaddy (zsfilms.com.au) works and redirects to my site. However, I've noticed that the original subdomain I have (zoeseitz.x10.bz) appears in the URL address bar once you've been redirected. I was wondering if I could have it remain as zsfilms.com.au in the URL address bar rather than zoeseitz.x10.bz? I have set the nameservers as ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com and registered it in Aliases (parked domain).

Thanks so much and I hope you guys are doing well.

Cheers,
Zoe.

Your domain issue is being caused by your WordPress configuration. You'll need to change the Site URL according to the instructions you'll find at https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL . Sorry, but I can't help you with the cPanel theme issue; that'll require somebody with elevated server access and some idea of what they're doing with the custom cPanel config.

Thank you so much for the support! I managed to change the domain URL as per your instructions :).
