Domain/DNS Issues!!!

Hi there. I've been trying to add my own domain name that I have to my free x10 account here, and it's NOT working!!

I've tried everything I can think of, and even checked with the company with where I registered and renewed my domain name at, to make sure it wasn't an issue on their end; and it's not.

I've already changed the nameservers in my other account to what x10 specifies to, but nothing is working!!

And, since I did that, now my domain even comes up with "NOT FOUND" whenever I try and do a WHOIS search via Tucows...

and every time I try to "addon a separate domain name" in my x10 account here, I keep getting this error message:

"Unable to add the domain name − Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."​

Will someone please contact me back ASAP about this??!

From what I understand this should now be resolved so you can add your domain through cPanel.
If you still have issues with doing so please tell us the domain and if you want it as parked (alias of main domain) or addon domain (separate site, if a folder already exists that you want to point the domain to, please include that infromation), and we'll add it manually for you.
