"Domain does not exist" problem

I've recently tried to rebuild my website that I let timeout and get suspended. I've uploaded the files for WordPress but every time I try to visit the website it gives me a page that says "Domain does not exist" and "The web hosting account you're trying to reach no longer exists". Would this be a problem with my account having trouble being unsuspended or something else?

If your account went past the allotted time for lifting the suspension, it has automatically been removed from the server. You will need to reapply for an account and rebuild your site. You may be able to rebuild using your backup, if you kept it on your local computer.
