"Domain Does Not Exist"

When I try to go to my domain (carbon.x10.mx), I cannot connect. I have a single index.html file on the server, yet it brings me to the same page every time. I've cleared my cache and cookies, and did a DNS flush. I'm not sure what's going on, can I get some help?

Well, it appears that I have made a fool out of myself. It was working for other computers in the household. Turned my computer off and on -- it worked. It appears that this thread is no longer useful.
