Domain doesn't work

My domain is active but I haven't access in FTP and this name domain doesn't work gasy-network.co.cc.
Configuration domain (www.co.cc):
Name Server (DNS): Server 1: ns1.x10hosting.com / Sever 2: ns2.x10hosting.com

It seems to work fine for me.
Just confirm FTP settings:
Server: chopin.x10hosting.com
User: your cPanel username
Password: your cPanel password
Port: 21

That seems to also be okay. Joomla web installer. What is the error message you're getting?

I have this page http://hosting.x10hosting.com/ in my domaine and no Joomla Installer.
