Domain Email problem

Hello,

My domain email stopped working since past 2 weeks.
None of my emails are coming thru.

Could you please look into this matter?

Plus, a week ago I had a problem with “inactivity timer” and had to send out an email to a support with my payment receipt as a proof of renew. Could you please confirm that my timer has been reset?

How are you accessing your mail?

Try going in via cPanel and Horde.

accessing my email is fine (always had it connected to yahoo).
It's just that I'm not getting any emails now.
none of emails are coming thru.

I have tried cPanel and Horde.
Same issue. my main email (mumu@mumuism.com) is not working.
I can send email out, but won't receive anything.
but if I were to send to (anything@mumuism.com) then it works.
I wonder why. It has been fine for past 2 years until last month.

Maybe try dropping the email account and then adding it back.

ADD:

Can also try...

cPanel --> File Manager (or FTP) --> one level up from public_html you should find a directory named 'mail'
Open
Directory mumuism.com
Open
Directory mumu
Open
Directories new and current should contain the emails that actually arrived (even if Horde, etc cannot access them)

I have tried as you have suggested,

Deleted and recreated an account which did not work.

Also looked at my ftp to see if my emails are coming in as you’ve said, but I’m not sure what program I need to use to open up those files.

I was able to see that mumu@mumuism.com emails are coming into FTP like any other emails.

Why is it that I’m not getting this email to Horde or any other POP3 accounts that are hooked up?

Every email works except mumu@mumuism.com and wondering why.

I think I got it resolved now.
forward wasn't working properly.
