Domain, Files appear gone.

My domain and files appear to be missing, when I try to navigate to them using my web browser, it redirects to my ISP's domain search page saying that the site does not exist.
I attempted to log into cPanel to see what the issue was, however it appears to be broken.

Help would be appreciated.

I have had this problem now on chopin for over a week - at one point I could access cpanel, but I just get a lightspeed 404 message on attempting to access my add on domain. The files appear to be there, the SQL db is there, but not found - have the nameservers been changed or something? Any info would be appreciated, I've been reluctant to open a support ticket as I assume you guys are snowed under with similar issues.
