Hello, I'm having trouble with my domain name. I understand that you have to use either the "Add On Domain" or the "Parked Domain" in CPanel. I've tried both and my site is not working. I want http://mydomain.x10.mx to read http://mydomain.com. But when I put in http://mydomain.com it sends me to this page http://mydomain.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi. I've already changed my DNS name server to use X10Hosting DNS name server. I've cleared my cache and flushed DNS cache. What am I doing wrong? Is there something I'm missing? Or is there something wrong with the server? PLEASE HELP ME! I'm starting to get frustrated with this!! Thanks for you help in advance! PS. I've already submitted a support ticket yesterday but no one answered back.
