Domain isn't accessible

Hi all,

Just recently started using this host for a software engineering team project in college. Everything has been well until today. We are unable to access our domain, www.concordtutors.tk

We are able to access the free domain provided with the hosting service, but not our own parked domain anymore.

Not getting any response from the domain when we try to view the website or when we use an FTP client to transfer files. Is this an issue with the domain registrar or the hosting service?

EDIT:
Just tried accessing the site with a proxy browser and it loads fine. Must be my personal ISP that's having issues connecting to it. Weird.

DNS propagation of free domain really takes a long time.

Like cjptomas80 said it does take a while sometimes for the propagation to complete, it could work for one country today,
but then not another until it completes.

paid domains can take usually 2 to 72 hours (1 to 3 days or more)
free domains are usually about the same or sooner because in
some cases free domains are usually just sub-domains.
like the x10hosting free domains being part of x10hosting.
so the primary domain would already be registered.

with that said, ive experienced that .tk domain in the past,
they were not the best at that time, not sure about now.
just felt id throw that out there.

The website has been up for weeks and migrated over to x10hosting for weeks now. It just suddenly stopped working. It was something with my personal ISP at home blocking the domain for some reason. It's working fine now.
