Domain Issue - Still Not Resolved

When I go to add a parked domain in cpanel, I still get the following error:
Error from park wrapper: Using nameservers with the following IPs: 74.52.94.250,66.232.119.249 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
My nameservers (were and still) are correctly set.

Also, on a side note - my FTP is not working. In my client (CoreFTP) I always get "Authentication Failed."
And about the domain - any ideas? I really need to get my site up. (I can't use the subdomain, the whole site is configured for a domain and everyone knows that address.)

FTp is back up again and the domain issue a admin neads to see this.
