Domain Lookup Help...

Hey,

I am going to register a domain this is really puzzling me! A domain name provider (eNomCentral) shows that this particular domain I wanted as being available, but when I check on other domain sites, it says that it cannot be purchased. What do I do? If I go through with it on eNomCentral and it actually is taken, have I lost my money?
