My website was not working anymore. After some research on the forum, I found that the pb was likely due to some wrong DNS cache. The support team suggested at that time to temporarily change the domain name, and change back to the original name, for DNS refresh.
Now, it seems my site is working again. However, I did try the domain name method above. So I still have a pending domain name change request, which I would like to cancel. There is no way to cancel a pending request it seems. So, could you please cancel it for me?
