Domain name change error!

Hello,
I have problem with my domain, I can't change to 'esenzet.x10.mx'. I have tried many times, also tried with the free forum support.

Error message:

Hosting Domain Modification submitted April 12 at 5:26 am
Ticket: IXMxrDFUhErf
Action status: Error
Information:
A change to your hosting account's primary domain.
result. A system error occurred while processing this action.
Error Code: 1E9F63B0

I think this domain is not free. you can try another one.

That was my fault that i did something wrong. I created first account with bad name (a3010453), then created good (esenzet), and now I can't delete old, and use this domain.

Then first you have to ask for that account to delete. Once deleted then you can use that domain.

Create a thread with this info

Account Deletion Request - Please delete my free hosting account.
