Domain Name Change

Hello,

I have sent in a request for a domain change about 4 days ago. My nameservers are directed to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com and my request ticket is still pending...

I assume this isn't a usual occurrence and I was curious of why this is happening.

Domain changes are low priority... at the moment we're still catching up on terminations and have over 10K in queue between all the servers. Once they're caught up any low priority stuff will be ran.
