Domain Name Change

I keep trying to change my domain to
theredwallstore.com

but it keeps coming up as an error... please help!

Does the error say the domain changes are disabled?

Please let us know your Cpanel name, which server you are on ( Free or Enhanced ) and the domain name you wish to change to.

Also, please make sure your nameservers are set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

I am currently on the free server. My domain as of now is theredwallstore.x10hosting.com and I would like to change it to theredwallstore.com​

I have changed my settings at my registrar to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com​

my cPanel username is guitarma​
