Domain name not working

My site is up and running but my domain name is not.

could someone throw me a bone here? Is this a known issue or am I the only one? I had this issue for a couple of weeks now. Any help would be appreciated.

In the cPanel it sayes "No Addon Domains are configured."
When I try to re-add it I get the error "There was a problem creating the addondomain"
Details: "Error from park wrapper: taylornetworkservices.com is already configured."

Every time you bump this it puts you at the end of the queue as we work from back to front.

Please post the directory your addon domain is supposed to point to so we can fix the records.

I set scottzilla.x10hosting.com as your main domain and taylornetworkservices.com as an addon domain with public_html as its document root, since you didn't let us know a document root for it. If this is not correct re-open the thread.
