domain name not working

hi i have just changed my primary domain name to www.sc-nissan.co.uk and changed the name servers to the correct ones for the hosting but all i get now is a page saying this:

This website does not exist!
The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account. If you would like this domain, you can register it now.

ok pissed off now it was working now its not but then it is for others

Clear your browser cache, flush your DNS (as admin in Vista/Win7), cycle your browser, then try again.

ive found this is mainly with google chrome.
ive cleared my cache. How do i sort the dns in running windows 7
