I updated my primary domain name to funhub.x10.mx at October 18 2:52 pm, the result of the operation was shown to be successful by the system. However, when I try to access the URL in a web browser, a "This website does not exist!(hosting.x10hosting.com)" page is returned. It is already Oct 19 9:49am for me.

Is this a technical problem, or I have to wait for a longer time for the URL to be activated?

PS: I can access the Cpanel and the domain is shown to have already changed to funhub.x10.mx

funhub.x10.mx brings up a leafy green site.

Try clearing your browser cache and history.

guess that is because you click on the "funhub.x10.mx" link in my post. that link(though appear to be funhub.x10.mx) points to "http:\\www.funhub.x10.mx\home.html" which is accessable. but if you try typing "funhub.x10.mx" in your address, it will lead you to the "website not exist" page i mentioned

I just typed it manually, and it does indeed work. Try clearing browser cache and if that doesn't work, flush your DNS Cache - it's entirely possible your system has the page that said it didn't exist cached.

Edit: I should also point out that prior to today I have not viewed your site, so my cache (both browser and DNS) were completely devoid of any information regarding your website, so my results aren't biased by having viewed the site in the past.
