I have modified the name servers for drtripti.com atleast 36 hours back and they have not yet propagated... The domain name still points to your website.. Can you please look into this...

Change the name servers to those of your new host and remove the domain from cPanel - we don't have control over your domain. You jmay need to flush your DNS cache to see the changes at your end, however.

I log into my cpanl at http://drtripti.com:2082/

My domain name is drtripti.com

The name servers for this domain name are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com..

So what more do I do??

Also what do you mean by saying we dont have access to your doman name?? I have purchased the hosting from ul, so I should put your name servers right? Which domain name should I remove from my cpanel??

Flush your DNS cache and clear your browsers cache. It is working fine here.

A normal cache should not take more than 72 hours to clear.. Also I tried from different networks altogether but still no luck.. I also tried resolving the domain name through a proxy but still it opens up to your page only.. Do not see the index page that I have uploaded... Can u guys please check...

The Domain is working fine so it's not that that's the problem.
Where did you upload your index page to? All your website files need to go into the public_html folder. You will need to deleted the default 'index.html' file.

You can go ahead and check my FTP.. I have removed your default index.html and uploaded my custom index.html within the publisc_html folder.. Should I go ahead and delete all the folders within the public_html and only retain my index.html file??

There was no response from you and the thread was closed..

The original issue still remains.. To add to it when I try to resolve my domain name now, now page is seen.. Ping results come up fine but the website is not getting displayed.. Also FTP using IE not working.. Please check and advise...
