If you have a hosting account in x10 then just set the nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

If you are looking to transfer you existing domain to x10hosting then go to https://clients.x10hosting.com/cart.php?a=add&domain=register

and choose the second option.
