I appreciate that your trying to help but I didn't need to be shown it again. I hope your able to understand my objection to it because it hasn't helped. I think I should be allowed to voice my objections.
I am continuing to be patient that is not my issue. I want to be informed about what is going on and all I'm being told is to be patient. I've heard enough about patience because that isn't my issue.
My issue is other Boru sites are up as I search through the forums while mine is not up. I'm reading everyone's site is up and running while mine is still receiving the error. I'm hanging here in limbo checking these forums every few hours while the updates have been very poor to be polite about it.
I question why I keep being told "be patient" when no one wants to diagnose the problem with Boru specifically and are unwilling to give Any some sort of time frame.
I question why Corey would post in the thread that all sites are up and there should be no more downtime while mine is not functioning properly. It is like saying your car repairs have been fixed and ready to be driven. You take the keys, you open the doors, buckle your seat belt, turn on the ignition and you notice your wheels aren't installed.
That is my issue, that is all I am asking this service to provide me with it just some answers to why from my perspective, through the research in the forums why I am still being affected while others are not when they are on the same server and no one seems to have an answer.
Can you confirm with me that my site is unavailable at this time on your PC?
