Domain Not Found

Hey all, I know it's a cliche at this point, but I created my Website, and keep getting Domain Doesn't Exist. I've cleared my cache, tried on different browsers. I'm not getting it. I'm so sorry to waste anyone's time. I've included the link to my site as well as a screencap of the error I get. Any help would be great/greatly appreciated.

Try clearing your browser's cache if you are still having this issue. http://mingleds.x10host.com/Poverty/poverty.html works for me.

Unfortunately, it appears to be a Windows Defender Firewall issue. Thank you for your help, though
