I will escalate this to a full Support Ticket so a Staff member can fix the problem. This will close this thread (don't panic!) , but you can follow your Support Ticket by clicking on the gold bar at the top.

Staff: Has his nameservers set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, which then point to stoli but JM does not recognize the domain.
