Domain Not Registering

Hello,

I just registered my account and when I go to my domain (http://bbtuna.x10hosting.com/) it still says the domain is available. I also can't sign into cPanel. If I need to wait longer for the account to "activeate" then that's fine; I'm just wondering if there is indeed something wrong (I registered about a half hour ago).

Moved too Level 2 support as I have no idea how to fix this.
