Domain not there, Website DOWN!

http://cpwings.exofire.net/ is my domain......every other time I try to access my website it is not available!

it is really slow to load to. I have Comcast and 16mbs speed!
I have changed my domain to
cpwings.elementfx.com in the hopes that it will end up on a faster more reliable server!
Is this the way it will be for my host, or is this not the norm?

Your site is loading fine for me.The slowness was aslo reported earlier.This is also a free host so we cant complain for slowness.
