Domain not working/Can't redirect to cpanel to add new domain.

Hi,
I have the old domain name from go daddy connected to x10hosting. I got a new domain name pointed to x10hosting and the site is not coming up under that name. I can't log into x10hosting either to see what the problem is. Right now the name is connected to x10hosting domain name.
I can keep connected to the x10 host name because it seems too complicated to buy one but I need to login in the edit my site and I can't. Can you please help me get into my website? I can log in to x10hosting but it's not getting me in. The maintenance page looks like crap. Please help me fix this.
