domain owned by another user

hi there, i have recently been trying to set up my website, www.internetservicesltd.co.uk, and this is my first real attempt.

i previously asked my domain registrar to point the domain towards http://internetone.x10.mx/internetservicesltd/index.html however when i browsed to www.internetservicesltd.co.uk the web browser address would change to the host address, so i created a support request and got excellent advice i needed to correct this.

i tried to set up the parked domain on http://internetone.x10.mx/ but couldnt do this immediately without the registrar having updated its servers so i removed the parked domain from that account and created http://internetservicesltd.x10.mx/.

however when i try to set up a parked domain on http://internetservicesltd.x10.mx/ its says the domain www.internetservicesltd.co.uk is owned by another user, presumably http://internetone.x10.mx/ but when i check there it isnt showing in cPanel.

can you help please, my head feels like a bowl of spaghetti, thanks.

Name server setting point to x10hosting. Nameservers point to Starka. No record in JM.
