Domain Parking Issues

I canceled my paid hosting account (scottbu1) yestersday since I was unable to pay, and then signed up for a free hosting account (sburton0). Now I am trying to re-park some of my domain names in cPanel (sbcentral.net and cobaltboard.com), but I get an error - "sbcentral.net is owned by another user".
Please help! I am unable to log in to my old cPanel since it was terminated.

Error from park wrapper: sbcentral.net is owned by another user.
