I'm trying to direct our domain, colorsforkids5k.org, to the x10hosting website, but I get the following error in cPanel:
Unable to add the domain name − Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
I've redirected the domain name to point to the DNS name servers:
Nameserver 1 − ns1.x10hosting.com
Nameserver 2 − ns2.x10hosting.com
But I'm still getting the error. How can I get our domain name to point to the x10hosting website?
