Domain Problem

I did all the usual steps to add the domain: transferred nameservers, added the parked domain, etc. All went fine - but a little after adding the domain and testing it out, I decided to switch to Add-on domains instead of Parked. So I removed the parked domain, and now when I try to setup the add-on domain, I get this error:

Error from park wrapper: aimeesphotography.net is owned by another user.

Removed Entry from httpd.conf The subdomain, aimeesphotography.aimee.x10hosting.com has been removed.

aimeesphotography.net could not be setup. The subdomain aimeesphotography.aimee.x10hosting.com was not setup either.
