Domain Problem

I just found out that I can't go to my site unless I type in the "www" before my domain name. So now I can't get into my ftp account. D: May I get acquire some help please?

The site opens fine to me without the www. Please flush your DNS and you can find your FTP details in the cPanel.

hmm thats wierd. I never really used a ftp client before, I just went into my computer and typed in the url ftp.domain.com and it used to work just fine. Just downloaded a ftp client, It's working for me now.
