domain problem

I am trying to add a domain, I have tried about 3 different ip address for the server absolut, but none are working. i know it takes a while for the dns to settle, but it isnt settling, I am using this ip currently: 74.86.116.187

is this correct? if notwat is the correct ip

You need to set the DNS nameservers as ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

i use afraid b/c i also use the domain for irc vhosts, so is there another way?
