Domain problems

Hi, when i try to put my domain in my account i get this error.

Domain Modification rocos.x10hosting.com -> animal-place.net

Modifing httpd.conf
Modifing proftpd.conf
Modifing valiases
Adding dns entry
Sorry, a DNS entry for animal-place.net already exists, please delete it first

Error:Error. WHM reported an unknown error. Error 1.
But if i go to www.animal-place.net it works :S but in Cpanel the info is rocos.x10hosting.com

Would I be right in saying that the DNS records on the server need updating or the whole thing needs resetting?

An account manager or admin could correct me.

I think so, maybe the server needs to be resetted. It is having problems with all clients.
