Domain redirect problem

I posted this earlier in the relevant tutorial but realised was wrong place so sorry for repeating

When I try to redirect a parked domain I get an x10 page saying "website does not exist". I can access my site using The account Url no problem. any ideas ? Or do I have to wait sometime before redirect becomes Live?

I've tried several whois searches for your parked domain .tk There is no information coming through at all at the moment. Did you set the nameservers at your domain registrar to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com?
