Domain Regestration

If i am registering a domain that i have hosted at x10hosting then do i use "ns1.x10hosting.com" the Primary Server Hostname and "ns2.x10hosting.com" as the Secondary Server Hostname.

Yes, Our nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com...
