Domain Registration - Fatal Error

After I fully completed the free registration for horizon-development, I received a fatal error message. The reason provided was that I used www before the sub-domain name; however, I don't recall doing this.

I don't want to register a new name, I want to use horizon-development. What can be done?

You should be able to sign up again, be sure not to use www., we do not add this.
