Domain registration issue (eu.org)

I cannot get a domain name registered. My issue seems similar to http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/27059-domain-change-3.html (which is solved). In fact I´m in a loop (eu.org says DNS does not accept, x10 says, eu.org not ready). Your help will be highly appreciated
