Domain rename

Please RENAME my main domain from elekro.x10.mx to ee.x10.mx in order to get shortened url domain.
i trying to close my account and reopen to get new domain but cannot find the button anywhere

At this time renaming domains will not be a valid option, it is tied with the backend and allowing renaming has proven to cause some issues.

The options to terminate a service yourself as well as deleting domains yourself within DA had to be removed for among other things allowing for better abuse control.

If you want the service terminated you can request to have it done however.
