Domain + site gone!

Hello i just got back from a devastating computer fried. And i see my site is gone sharer.x10.mx It says suspended and would like to know why and how to remove this, for i have some php's i'd would not like to lose :S please help this is important thanks.

sharer.x10.mx is owned by another user. Is it possible you have two accounts?
