Domain still shows as registered

I had the domain name focusedfiretraining.com registered in my account. I removed the domain from the parked domains section, I am now trying to add is as a add-on domain. but every time I try to add it, it says the domain name is already registered.

The parked domain is not showing in the list, and the counter for it is 0/1.

I have tried to even add it back as a parked domain, but even then it says it is already registered, but it does not show in my parked domains list anymore.

Can someone edit my account in some way to remove this error? It is saying my domain is still registered, it has been 25 hours since I removed the parked domain from my account.
I would like to change it to an add-on domain, but can't till this problem gets fixed.
