Not Configurating, No Subdomains, No Add-on Domains, Why?
I want to say first I have checked the past threads, but I am still unable to understand the problems I'm encountering, and how I can fix it on my own seeing that I'm completely stumped. Edit: I narrowed down the problems seeing that there are people having the same problem like me (unsolved.) Thank you in advance.
I am trying to park a domain I registered, www.casailon.com onto my free hosting at evhaniel.exofire.net, error occurs saying it has already been configured and it isn't;
I do NOT have www.casailon.com as a subdomain/parked domain/etc as shown here:
But when clicked the drop down list in 'subdomains' my previous domains are still there - I'm thinking that's the problem.
I also found out my subdomain was still showing after I deleted it in my account info :
